The DBBG-S500-PP Series Fully Automatic Plastic Thermoforming Machine is designed for the production of PP, PET, HIPS, GPPS and other plastic packaging products such as cup lids, bowl lids, food containers, medical trays, disposable trays and cosmetic or hardware packaging. The process integrates unwinding, heating, forming, punching, servo traction, cutting, stacking and waste rewinding into one continuous workflow for efficient automated production. Featuring mechanical transmission with servo traction, PLC control with frequency speed regulation, a full safety enclosure and automatic stacking with counting, the machine ensures stable operation, reduced labor cost, low noise and reliable high-efficiency output.
