What Types of Stacking Trays Can You Produce?

• Meat & Poultry Trays — Rigid PP or PET trays with absorbent-pad compartments for supermarket-packaged fresh meat, poultry, and seafood. Compatible with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), vacuum skin packaging (VSP), and top-seal lidding lines. Stackable designs reduce cold-chain shipping volume.

• Fresh Produce Punnets & Trays — Clear PET clamshell punnets and open trays for berries, cherries, tomatoes, mushrooms, and fresh-cut fruit. Ventilation holes, embossed bases, and precision stackability are critical for retail shelf performance.

• Ready-Meal & Frozen Food Trays — Multi-compartment CPET or PP trays for frozen dinners, airline meals, meal-prep services, and catering. CPET trays are microwave- and oven-safe up to 220°C.

• Dairy & Yogurt Trays — Connected 4-cup or 6-cup yogurt packs, pudding trays, and dairy portion containers. Integrated scoring allows consumers to easily separate individual portions.
