The DBZB-Y7642 Fully Automatic Hydraulic Plastic Cup Making Machine is built with a heavy-duty steel frame and full steel base to ensure excellent stability during high-speed operation. It adopts a Taiwan Yuken hydraulic system for reliable mold opening and closing, combined with SMC pneumatic components for stable performance. The machine features inverter-controlled feeding, a pneumatic stretching system (optional Yaskawa servo), automatic lubrication, and a multi-zone ceramic infrared heating system for uniform temperature control. With its robust mold-clamping structure and precision guide pillars, the DBZB-Y7642 delivers stable operation and high-efficiency production for plastic cups.

| 1. Unwinding StationThe machine adopts an independent unwinding station with pneumatic loading. | |
2. Conveying SectionThe sheet is transported forward by a servo motor, providing stable and precise feeding.
3. Heating SectionThe material is heated by upper and lower electric heaters.
4. Forming MoldThe upper mold is equipped with a built-in stretching head that stretches the material downward into a cup shape. |
| |
| 5. Conveyor TransportationAfter the plastic cups are formed, they are blown out from the mold and fall onto the conveyor belt, which is connected directly to the cup stacking machine for continuous operation. | |
6. Cup Arranging and StackingThe cups are collected and stacked through the belts of the cup stacking machine. | ![]()
7. Scrap Edge RecyclingThe scrap edges generated after punching are pulled and discharged outside the machine for recycling.
8. Control SystemThe machine adopts a Siemens PLC and touch-screen control system. |
