DBZB-AS7548 Plastic Thermoforming Machine is driven by a servo system. The sheet feeding section and stretching section are also powered by servo motors, ensuring stable operation and precise control. The machine consists of a sheet loading section, four-column structure, heating zone, forming and cutting section, PLC touch-screen control system, and waste sheet recycling section. A product stacker can be equipped optionally and needs to be purchased separately. This machine features a stable structure, low operating noise, high production efficiency, and very convenient operation.

The machine adopts an independent unwinding station with pneumatic loading. The material is pulled forward by rubber rollers to ensure smooth and stable feeding.

The sheet is transported forward by a servo motor. The rail width can be adjusted to accommodate different sheet sizes. The rail side plates are equipped with circulating water cooling to control the rail temperature and extend the service life of the chains.

The material is heated by upper and lower electric heaters. The long heating distance ensures that the sheet is heated fully and evenly. The heaters are equipped with vacuum insulation cotton, which enables fast heating response, shorter processing time, and energy saving. When the machine stops, the heating box will automatically move out to the side of the machine.

The Sharp chains are made of 65# manganese steel, offering higher strength, heat resistance, and elasticity compared with 45# steel.

The upper mold is equipped with a built-in stretching head that stretches the material downward into a cup shape. Compressed air then presses the material into the mold cavity to complete positive pressure forming.

Cooling water is installed inside the cavity of the lower mold to accelerate cooling and enable rapid forming.

The machine adopts a Siemens PLC and touch-screen control system. The entire machine is driven by a servo system for precise and stable operation.

The electric lubrication pump can be set on the touch screen to perform automatic lubrication at regular intervals and in fixed quantities.
