DBZS-TD120-PE Full-Servo High-Speed PE Film Cup Lid Bagging Packaging Machine is specially designed for automatic bagging of cup lids, paper cups, and plastic cups. Using tubular film and a three-servo system, it completes pushing, bagging, and sealing in one continuous cycle, reaching 14–15 bags/min. It supports BOPP, POF, CPP, and laminated heat-sealable films (0.02–0.08 mm), eliminating the longitudinal sealing process for higher efficiency and lower material consumption.

![]() | 1. Hopper Storage UnitThe machine is equipped with a standard hopper composed of multiple material channels. The channel length can be customized according to customer requirements to accommodate different product sizes.
2. Material Detection Photoelectric SensorA photoelectric sensor monitors material supply in real time. When material shortage is detected, the system automatically stops and triggers an alarm to prevent empty packaging. | ![]()
| 3. Film Unwinding StationThe film roll is fixed using a mechanical shaft with top sleeve support, ensuring stable film feeding during operation. | |
4. Film Positioning Clamping UnitMultiple left and right positioning clamps keep the film centered before entering the bagging section, ensuring precise alignment. |
| |
| 5. Perforation DeviceVent holes are punched in the film before sealing, allowing air release inside the bag for easier bagging, sealing, and transportation. | |
6. Film Pulling UnitA servo motor controls the film feeding system, accurately adjusting film length according to preset bag length or color mark signals. | ![]()
![]() | 7. Bag Opening DeviceThe tubular film passes through a bag-opening mechanism to pre-open the bag, making product insertion smoother and faster.
8. Bag Mouth Heat Sealing UnitAfter the product stack is pushed into the bag, the upper and lower sealing knives perform heat sealing on the bag opening to complete the packaging process. | ![]()
![]() | 9. Bottom Sealing & Cutting UnitThe bag bottom is heat sealed and cut simultaneously. The cut edge becomes the opening for the next bag, enabling continuous operation.
10. Finished Product OutputFinished bags automatically drop after cutting. A side pusher transfers the bags onto an inclined slide for easy collection in cartons by the operator. | ![]() |
