The DBBG-S550 Fully Automatic Plastic Egg Tray Thermoforming Machine is an upgraded thermoforming solution converted from a plastic cup lid production line by changing the mold system to manufacture plastic egg trays. It is suitable for materials such as PP, PET, HIPS and PS, and integrates sheet feeding, heating, forming, punching, stacking and waste rewinding into one continuous automatic process. With PLC control, servo traction, automatic stacking and stable mechanical transmission, the machine ensures high efficiency, consistent product quality, reduced labor cost and reliable long-term production for egg tray packaging.

Machine Features

		1. Unwinding Section The parent roll is fixed by a mechanical shaft with air-expanding sleeve. Stable and reliable web feeding.

2. Heating Section The material is softened by upper and lower heating copper plates. When the machine stops, the heating plates automatically open to prevent sheet melting and material damage.

		3. Forming Section The softened sheet is pressed by upper and lower molds to form the lid shape. Ensures precise forming and stable product quality.

4. Punching Section Equipped with a standard punching unit. Holes can be punched at designated positions on lids according to production requirements.

		5. Cutting Section Uses flat-bed die cutting to punch out finished lids. Supports automatic double-lid stacking before discharge.

6. Scrap Rewinding Unit Waste material after die cutting is automatically collected by the scrap rewinding device. Keeps the production environment clean and efficient.

		7. Conveying & Collection Section Finished lids are transported via conveyor belt for automatic collection and stacking.
